It's fine to use cheddar/colby/whatever yellow cheese on a pizza but you you should keep the ratio of other cheese to mozzarella low or it changes the whole thing.

The formation of the crust is good, and it looks pretty even and well-sauced. The only negative thing I can say, is that you didn't get any browning, but that's probably impossible on a baking sheet like that, so it's not relevant.

I think this pizza is probably good. I would try it.

That's one Cheesy Pizza! I'd use about 2/3rds the amount of cheese, and roll the crust out thinner, but I'm not a fan of the poofy crust.
