Cooked hot and numbing squid with bamboo and snowpeas and ate it with rice. Super easy, super quick. If you do it just right, the squid is really tender.
I have a serving left that I will likely have as lunch tomorrow. Should I take a picture of it out of the fridge?

Made pizza with savory short pastry as the base

Shit was delicious, toppings were what I found in the fridge/cupboards;
Cheese
Red pepper
Spring onion
Little bit of red onion
Chicken I cooked up with salt and pepper and a dash of soy
topped off with some pine nuts
Also stuffed the crust and the sauce was a mix of tomato and sweet chilli

I'm going to be making marinated grilled chicken with mango-pineapple-avocado salsa, with Arroz Verde and a salad. I'll post pics when it's done, but that's going to be awhile yet, it's only 3:30 here.

what I had earlier. Some kind of mexican style stew with soy chunks, vegetables and beans. It was pretty good, would do it again.

Whelp, I said I'd post a pic, so here it is. Kinda sloppy, not a great pic, but it was absolutely delicious. Salsa was pretty spicy, because I added a few serranos to it, but it worked really well with the fruits. Nomnomnom
