I have yet to find a recipe that even remotely tastes like what I had there. The white sauce is much different than sweet condensed milk bullshit.

You can find it in every german speaking country and there are many recipes. Just google and try.

Pepper

Most places add a bit of mayo or salad creme around here. Also they use yoghurt with a low water content so the sauce does not end up being too runny.

At léast thats how they do it in frankfurt area. Dunno bout Berlin though.
