My class has this shitty cake rota every friday and it's finally my turn. I can't get out of it so I have to bring something.

Everyone always brings shitty shop bought stuff, if I'm doing this I want to do it well and make my own

Perform the German Chocolate cake.
It's American (Despite the name), it has fabulous quality, and it's not really that hard.

After you've frosted and assembled the cake, put some of the remaining frosting into a plastic bag with one of its ends snipped off, and pipe little frosting blobs/flowers all around the top of the cake. Place a chocolate covered coffee bean (pic related) on each one.
