how long to boil a one pound pork tenderloin? im going to short grill it with onions afterwards.

The time it takes you to heat up the water, boil the tenderloin, take it out, stick it on the grill, grill it.

you'de probably poach it like a chicken breast at most. bring water to a boil, turn heat down and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn heat off, cover and let sit for another 15. i think thats how you poach a chicken breast.
