Be honest, are there any frozen dinners that you enjoy? I like Hungry Man and Banquet frozen dinners from time to time. I also like Bertolli frozen meals.

I liked Hungry Man and Banquet, too. Also Nighthawk, Nighthawk meals were a fave from when I was a tyke.

Now I don't eat them, mostly because of the price relative to the quality of the food. And Banquet.. Banquet is cheap as fuck, but it triggered a gall bladder attack several years ago that turned into a month of doctor visits, culminating in the offending organ being removed. I know that's not really Banquet's fault (gall bladder issues run in my dad's side of the family and stress was the major trigger) but I figure it's a decent reason to not eat them.

I used to like Marie Calllender's frozen dinners but they changed their recipes and shrunk the portion sizes. Now I don't eat any frozen meals. I haven't had one in 14 years.

My father loves eating that crap. He gets the frozen macaroni with cheese, lasagna and a lot of other garbage menu items.

There's a brand of frozen lasagna I get from wal-mart from time to time. It's supposed to serve 2, so it's decent size, and it's microwavable too. It comes in meat (the kind I get), eggplant, and something else I think. The meat one has plenty of cheese and no nasty chunks of vegetables.

I can't remember the brand, but it comes in a black box.

Prison food here in the UK is apparently very good, but the food in custody is basically flavlourless aeroplane food. Nevertheless the vast majority of hardened criminals lap it up and often ask for extras because half the time they've not eaten a hot meal in weeks. They might protest by throwing their shit at the walls but they always eat the fucking meal.

Not that guy, but I distinctly remember thinking the world was ending when I found frozen marie callendar's foods in, I'm guessing, maybe 6th or 7th grade. Prior to that it was just a restaurant as far as I knew. I guess it could have been early high school too, I was quite young whatever it was. That would have been as early as 1989 and as late as the early 1990s. Perhaps they simply weren't available in your area until much later.

I just ate this because my wife wouldn't wake up to eat it even though I know she's going to be starving in the morning since she skipped dinner. It was very small but it tasted pretty good. Somehow I completely overlooked the "Barbecue" part of the label and was surprised that it was sweet.. But it wasn't crazy sweet. I loved michelina's and kid cuisine in high school, but I never buy them anymore. I like the macaroni and fish stick meals from banquet.

Lean cuisine was on sale so I tried a steamed pasta one and it was awesome. I think the other one was some sort of fish and vegetables and it was good too. Stouffer's was also on sale so I picked up a four cheese lasagna and some stuffed peppers. I haven't tried the stuffed peppers yet but the lasagna was great. I really hope they go on sale again soon.
