HELP

Please, I have been depressed for so long, and I think my diet plays a key role in this. I eat terribly, and always have done.

Could someone please link me to a full meal plan, with shopping list and everything. Consider me a complete child, and hold my hand, please.

I have a limited budget and space, too, so please keep that in mind.

I had my blood tested earlier this year actually. I was low on potassium. I stopped going to the doctor though as I believe the antidepressants were bad for me. Maybe I'll go into therapy again in the near future, but for right now, I want to get my diet right as I KNOW this will have a positive effect on me.
