Americans hate fast food. Or at least its popular to look down on it. its all about that one place no one knows about with the organic cheese and tomatoes and topped with berries that have passed through the digestive system of an endangered (weird made up animal).

Because everyone likes to be that cool guy who orders from their local pizza joint. That and Dominos was absolutely disgusting a few years back.
