There are shitloads, man. Some are entirely regional, which is understandable. Some just have a different name depending on the region while being the same exact thing, which is a bit weird. Restaurants owned by Yum Corp sometimes share a building, which is cool if you like the restaurants.

I just...fuck. No god-tier mexican food, no great bill millers, no whataburger, no big red, no good bbq, cold, hate.

Only thing pennsylvania really has is some pretty good alcohol selections because of the weird laws. Yuengling being the shittiest tier here so it's not bad.
