Is there anything nutritionally "hollow", for lack of a better word, that I can snack on throughout the day with no guilt?

Pic related, I've got a tin of mixed nuts next to me, but they're salted, so that's probably no good.

celery, although judging from the thread I was reading earlier there are a large number of laughable people who hate celery on /ck/

I haven't actually tried it, but I've heard that drinking plenty of water will curb cravings, improve your mood, help you sleep, etc. A whole host of stuff.

I drink water, but I snack, so...

Celery is literally what you are looking for. Celery and water sounds like a good combo for snacking. I started drinking litres and litres of water everyday a couple years ago and I really like it. I pee a lot though but I feel good, helps stabilize weight, good for you, etc

50g almonds = 300 calories

So not guilt free really. Try cherry tomatoes. 200g = 40 calories

cold jicama

so good

honeydew melon chunks are pretty guilt free. I think it was 60 calories per cup.

And besides the salt, pickles are an empty snack, no calories.

All vegetables are super low in calories when fresh or just boiled. Most fruits too.
You can eat a dozen apples a day you will not get fat from it. It will satiate you too much.

Pickles. <5 kcal per whole pickle. Watch the salt though.

Don't know, but I usually go for pretzels. That or saltines if I happen to have any.

Nuts are a horrible no-guilt snack. Look at how many calories are in a serving of nuts next time you buy a pack, and then look at how retarded small a serving is.

A standard sized tin of mixed nuts has probably 1500-2000 calories in it.

Pickles, olives, cherry tomatos, salo, watermelon.

Train yourself to want to snack less, that's the real solution. There's nothing wrong with a handful of nuts but wanting to snack 'throughout the day' sounds like some kind of food addiction.
