Yo /ck/, I get the feeling you guys are asked this a lot and if you are I apologize, but do you have any tips for cheap, healthy grocery shopping/cooking?

We have a farmer's market right down the road, but I haven't had the chance to go yet. From your experience, has it been cheaper to buy from there as opposed to a place like Wal-Mart?

Farmer's markets are good if you like to buy small amounts of good/great-tier vegetables and fruits. Price varies though, so you may end up paying more or less depending on the market you go to.

If you don't care about quality and want to buy in bulk, go to a regular grocery store for your produce.

So it's basically a trade-up between quality and quantity usually, right? I'll keep that in mind. Thank you!
