making some soup.....did I fuck up /ck/?

>2 Onions
>1 head Cabbage
>1 cup Corn
>1 Jalapeno
>1 head Broccoli
>1 cup Spinach
>Salt & Mick's Pepper Jelly to taste

Had a fridge full of odds and ends that needed to be cooked.....will I hate myself?

The beef broth and onions alone are good starters for french onion soup...maybe would have gone without the corn unless you were looking for texture because I really think that would throw the flavor due to using so many green veggies
