Grew up in an Indian household and still ended up hating the shit and never having it again by the time I was 12. So many fats and spices thrown in your face at once you just want to throw up. Why do other Indians genuinely like it?

is it possible whoever was cooking wasn't very good at it? i've had plenty of indian food that wasn't very fatty and spiced enough to just give it a unique flavor without overpowering everything. it's easy to screw up when using such strong spices.

I'm white and therefore better than you, sorry not sorry. I love Indian food. Except when the restaurant messes up our order. We ordered a spicy shrimp vindaloo the other night and got a completely spice-less one I guess by mistake or something. Disappointing. But all the other times, it might be my favorite type of food.

it's because you're "white" and white people love to complain about food being too spicy so they get a free meal

I like eating it occasionally. I couldn't imagine it as a staple food.
Indian food traditionally used tons of spices to mask the rotting meat.

Nope, sounds like brownoid scammer behavior to me. Though I could see certain boomers doing it occasionally.

I did order a vindaloo once that was too spicy for me to finish. It was gray. It was delicious but man it hurt to eat. Not even the good hurt where your endorphins kick in after a while and you get a little high. Just pain.

I love indian food now and then but am very concerned with the fact that pajeets appear to not be interested in any cuisine other than their own.

I think it was tinted gray by the large amount of powdered uranium that was mixed into the curry.

I always liked jeet sloppa and I'm not a jeet. Usually I cook it myself, there are lots of Indian grocery stores by me so it's easy to source the ingredients. Fav recipes are chole, chicken curry with lots of yogurt (using thighs or drumsticks), and okra curry.

I can sense some sincerity in your post but frankly, I don't go to Indian restaurants and I've never eaten Indian food. In fact, I never will. India and it's supposed culture assaults all of the senses with garbage and disgust. Indians literally drink bovine piss and bathe in animal excrement, and you want me to weigh in on "food" prepared by individuals of this culture? Absurd.

I enjoy it when I cook it myself.

I don't trust an Indian to make it without poo finding it's way into it.
