Melatonin is plaçebo only and if it ever works it's only for a couple days. Many people aren't sensitive to benadryl drowse.

Doxylamine succinate anon. I switched to those and ho-lee-fuc I'm out for the night in about 20 minutes. They're just normal off-the-shelf sleep aids, but rather than using benadryl to put you down it uses doxy which fucking turns me to lead. it's amazing.

Most of the Unisom variety have doxy as the active ingredient. Look into it, changed my life.

The only product we offer that has collagen as the primary source of nitrogen is for nursing home types. Until you're shitting in diapers again with severe glaucoma, you do not have a problem with collagen.

Essential aminos are better taken from food but maybe you have a shit diet. Probably cheaper to eat some eggs (which also have K2) than buy that shit but whatever.

I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I'm suffering from deficiencies and allergy issues after eating. Just wanted to post here what I thought of trying in case anyone has any experience or knowledge on this.

Methylated multivitamin. Apparently people with EDS can't absorb other forms of B vitamins.

Quercetin for anti-inflammatory benefits. I read it has a better effect on allergy reactions than prescription drugs.

DAO supplement for histamine intolerance, although I thought of seeing if the multivitamin would help with this first as deficiencies can cause histamine intolerance.

Omega 3 supplement as I have a lot of skin issues in particular and it seems to help. I can't eat enough fatty fish to get enough I think.

They're different things. They're all B vitamins but you can't take B12 for a B6 deficiency. Like the other poster said you can either get a multivitamin or a combination of B vitamins in a supplement.

Something I also learned recently is that some people have different genes making it more difficult for them to absorb some forms of B vitamins, and they need methylated forms. I can't find that in local stores but it seems easy to find online.
