They're decently filling. The main appeal for me is that they're not horrifically thick and difficult to choke down, like some protein shakes are. I drink one in the morning in lieu of solid breakfast because I simply have no appetite until lunchtime.

I remember getting a case of these when they first came out and the only flavor was cum pancake. I was in the middle of moving across country, left the pack in the car, hitched it up in the uhaul and forgot about it while driving through the desert a couple days. Eventually I noticed some weird white stuff on the inside of the windows, opened the door and the most rank frangrance I've ever encountered came out. The bottles had exploded in the heat and I had soy cum over every surface of the car interior. It stank worse than cdiff I swear to god, if I had the money I would have bought a new car because I caught whiffs of that shit YEARS later after several detailings. Fuck this shit, never again.
