the best flour tortillas come from a factory, i firmly believe. sanitary tortilla in san antonio i think was my fave. corn tortillas must be made fresh. store bought corn tortillas are ass.

Those aren’t tortillas, they are made thick like that for a specific dish but I don’t know which one.
Premade tortillas are good if they’re fresh from your closest tortilleria. If they come in a plastic bag then there’s a 99% chance they are shit.
Homemade tortillas are good but it depends on the dish since they are a bit thick, and a dish with weak flavors will get overpowered by the tortilla taste.
