I swear to God, SPAM is the best thing you could eat from a can. I put this stuff in everything. Pasta, ramen, pizza, sandwiches, motherfucker I'll even eat it straight from the can. Goddamn I love SPAM. No wonder it's so popular in Asia.

I only eat it once in a while.

Even with the reduced sodium, it still a lot and unhealthy.

I was eating almost a can a day and got a kidney stone.

I regret getting two cases of it just because it was cheap because I love Spam too.

If you have functioning kidneys, salt is healthy. If you don't have functioning kidneys, you're fucked anyway.
>>19875226
The salt is a preservative, you're supposed to soak the spam in cold water to get some of the salt out. Same thing you do to prepare salt-cured ham.

That's why you mix it with something that needs seasoning like spam and potatoes or spam and eggs. Sometimes I'll fry slices and make spam sandwiches.

Has anyone ever actually made a "SPAM burger" like on the label?
