Only eat meat from local farmers.

my only food rule is:
i can eat anything i want, but i have to make it myself.

this helps since im broke as fuck, so 'anything i want' is always the tastiest, most economical version of anything i can scrounge together.

I just eat whatever I’m craving. My body usually wants nutrient rich foods, and I commute on a bicycle so I’m pretty healthy. I still eat donuts and hot wings though, cuz I’m not a fag. That horseshoe is a hyperspecific reflection of one autistic anon’s current diet and biases.

it's really not though. while i get the concept, it's ultimately just some /pol/tard's interpretation of the world. my nitpicks are as follows:
>your grandma's recipe
grandma's recipe was most likely taken from the packaging of a crisco can from the 50s or another cookbook from said era made by food companies that all included their processed monstrosities

>good mexican good from a family run joint
i don't expect this to be "uber health". i expect it to be very unhealthy but one of the best things i've ever had

>tinned fish
tinned fish are very good for you, full of good omega-3s, and are great to have everyday. not really a
moderation thing. tuna (full of mercury) is something one should have in moderation

>homemade bread
as opposed to what, store-bought shelf bread laden with preservatives? just a weird selection. getting a bread maker is a great investment if you eat it regularly

>dry pasta
why would one eat that to begin with?

>almond milk
don't like it personally but this is clearly his /pol/tard bias coming into play

>anything that comes as a "bowl"
clearly just mad at expensive eateries marketed toward liberals. guessing he must be a flyover poor

>anything ordered on uber eats
you can order everything from mcdonalds to fogo de chao. another weird thing to include

thanks for reading my xanga

This but not as extreme

I eat my steak black and blue. I use lots of butter, drink milk too. I avoid seed oils. I eat plenty of veggies as well. Try to grow them in my garden as well.

lately I've been thinking of eating a seasonal diet.
