Literally never. Fanciest place I've ever eaten is a fondant place in my state. I've traveled outside Oklahoma but I've never bothered eating anywhere "fancy" on my travels as I prefer local, unpretentious food.
Best place I've ever eaten was Tracy's Crab Shack in Juneau alaska. Certainly not fancy, but likely miles better than whatever pretentious BS OP's pic serves
