Do you anons like salad? What kind of dressings would you recommend? I'm looking for a good Italian dressing but I'm open to any and all recommendations.

I love salads. They are a pain in the ass to store after they are made. And all the ingredients go to shit pretty quick on their own before you can use them. Then there is the dressing issue. Almost any dressing that tastes good is made of pure trash.

I dress my salads simply. Drizzle a bit of olive oil, add a bit of salt and pepper. Give it a good mix, and add cheese, usually grated pecorino or parmesan. Sometimes I use feta or seared halloumi for the cheese.

Sometimes. I'm not big on acidicity to begin with, so it depends on the day. But yeah, I'll squeeze some lemon.
Feta cheese is brined, so its got enough of a kick on its own that I don't add lemon if I'm using it.
