The texture of ham on a pizza is just not pleasant, and the flavor of bacon is clearly better so I don’t understand why anyone likes this topping. With pineapple, you know a place is good if they slice the fruit really thin, thick wet warm stringy chunks of pineapple are objectively disgusting on a pizza. I like to add jalepeno to a bacon/pineapple pizza.

There are tons of great combos though. Fancy places that do prosciutto and sliced gifs, maybe a little fresh arugula on top are wonderful, Indian curry pizzas are wonderful. I just love pizza, eating a thin crust veggie combo add sausage right now.

I don't have sugar so I mash up an apple slice. I don't have salt so I use Marco Whites buillion (one thimbles worth).I add a bit more flour than is shown in the picture (two sheep's ears worth).

The sauce takes a long time to reduce. I want y as a paste. Low and slow. And one quarter pinch of flour and a 1/8th keg cork of butter.

I know people say that Tabasco is now vinegar and peppers. It's not. At least when compared to the right one. It's flavor is terrible and detracts from the taste. My homebrew hooch is brewing in the back.

I usually find quantities a loss of time. I pinch out the dough (after it rested and raised for as long as it took the sun to pass 18 degrees tangent to my position). I make a lip by pinching and folding. Melted butter is used on the crust to make it more golden brown after cooking. Cook at 488.7kelvin for 18minutes (or done. Personally I just wait until it's done).
