i put mustard and pickles on almost every grilled cheese i make
if i have ham or other pork product around, i'll add some as well
sometimes i'll throw in some cubed up montreal smoked meat and sauerkraut if i have them around instead of ham/pickles, with plenty of mustard in the sandwich as well
