The best Chinese food is cheap as fuck. Best indicator of quality is the amount of old people in the restaurant. Those old fuckers are stingy as hell and have high standards for taste. If you don't see any old Chinese people inside don't walk, run out the door because you are about to get ripped off with probably premade mid to low tier laowai slop

unironically the best chinese i've had was in the LA chinatown which is ghetto as fuck with mentally ill homeless people roaming the street during the day (one was even in the restaurant literally tweeking). anyways the shop quite unironically had a C Grade and the food was $1-2 a box. better than the buffets in Vegas.
