Peanut butter cup cookies. Make peanut butter cookies inside of a mini-muffin pan. When they come out of the oven hot, put a reese's miniature in the center and press down into the cookie. And yes, they are great. Works better if the miniatures are semi-frozen beforehand, to keep the chocolate from melting, but even without that step mine turned out fine. Pic related is an image from a recipe I found for them online. I can confirm that they do turn out exactly like pic related.

Generally for pizza dough you do a bulk ferment, then portion them into dough balls and never press down on them again until it's time to stretch.
You press from the center out trying to press the edges of the crust as little as possible to retain as much air inside of it as possible.

I have one, I have only used it a handful of times though. its a minor convenience I'd say, it can prepare you dough for you, but its nothing that I myself couldn't readily do, so I don't see much a need for it personally.
