I never eat at work, or i go out to a coffee shop. i hate sitting with co workers or sitting with them during break, its extra degrading.

I have a peanut butter banana "sandwich". Two pieces of bread with PB and banana slices on each, so the bread ratio is lower. I'm in manual work and need to have energy and feel satiated for 4-6 hours after lunch.

I wfh so I just make stuff or have a sandwich

At my old job, I would bring in leftovers or a sandwich, or go to cheap foodtrucks once or twice a week. Or just not eat at all, but that's easier if you end early.

1 x Sandwich - coronation chicken or ham and cheese with chutney.
1 x bag of crisps which is normally McCoys
1x chocolate bar
2 x fruit
1 x diet coke
1 x sugar free Monster

I have been eating that most work days for nearly 6 years. I tried changing it up but Im always disappointed and end up going back to it.

For starters you could just make the same sandwiches you normally buy at the cafeteria. Do you have trouble tying your shoes?

I live an hour away from a grocery store so I have to be prepared for the whole week. Lately I buy packs that are half salami and half cheese, maybe 2 of those to get me through the week and eat them with Ritz crackers.
If I'm not too lazy to make a sandwich I'll do meat cheese and lettuce with mayo and mustard on multigrain but they get boring and tiresome to make and the lettuce gets wilty by the end of the week. Maybe hard boil some eggs for the week, I steal the little packets of salt and pepper from restaurants and gas stations for those. I also like bringing dried fruit and sometimes Fritos but I've been cutting down on those, too addicting.
I also got a 20 pack of those Scho-Ka-Kola caffeinated chocolates in tins that are a good afternoon snack.

Just don’t you pussy, especially if you’re working some white collar job that has a cafeteria. You’re probably already pudgy enough since you aren’t burning calories at work.

small tupperware of leftovers from a meal that was made within the past 48 hours, and some celery sticks with hummus. I cook a lot of soup/stew/chili that lasts a few days at minimum and I just take some of that to work
