Depends on the kind of pizza and how long it's been in the fridge and how it was stored. If it's been allowed to dehydrate too much then the microwave is no good (unless you like some parts being cold and others being baked into hard tack), but if it's still got plenty of moisture in it either because it was extra greasy or stored in an airtight container or just hasn't been in there that long then microwave works fine.
