What is everybody's favorite? Valentina black label has been my shit recently, I put it on almost everything. Although I find good ol' Tabasco still has it uses like on pizza. Want to try tapatio but I can't find a place near me in leafland that sells it. Was never into Sriracha, too garlicky for me and it doesn't matter anyways since nobody around me carries Huy Fong because of shortages.

Tobasco - You can find it in any american restaurant. It's always there whenever I ask for it. Even at non-chain establishments. Once I saw it provided for hotel breakfast. Tolerable spicy level for most people and instantly adds flavor to a dish. Only problem is it's very runny.

Tapatio - A lot of spices and very flavorful. Mildly spicy. A little more thicker than tobasco and less runny. Anyone should try it at least once.

Habanero sauce - Sometimes hard to find a good one. Brand I'm using is called mexico lindo. Smells exactly like a habanero and high spicy level, good color.

Siracha - Unique texture and a great flavor. I usually only find myself eating it with chinese food though. Tastes like garlic.

Tobasco Scorpion - Very thick like siracha. High spice level for a grocery store hot sauce. The heat build up is instantaneous. I would recommend trying it out at least once but I prefer classic tobasco.

Valentina - Never understood the hype with this. Tastes bland and similar to louisiana hot sauce or crystal hot sauce, texas pete, etc. I will try out the black label to see if I like that.

It's pretty funny reading about how Huy Fong shot themselves in the face. They tried to screw over their main suppliers of peppers and it completely backfired. They had to find new suppliers which probably explains all of the shortages they keep having and people claim their sauce is nowhere as good ever since switching suppliers.
