I always get them for free with the deal. I live in Japan.

I usually get something like a double cheeseburger set with large fries and a medium drink. The drink is typically Sprite or ginger ale since I only get McDonald's when I'm too lazy or busy to make dinner and I don't want caffeine that late. I'll often also get a shaka-chicki (red pepper powder) OR nuggets if they have any interesting nugget flavors on offer. Once in a while when they release a special pie or something like that I'll get it too, but usually I don't get any desserts.

I only eat one meal a day and it's dinner. It's some mixture of the following.
Chicken breast, tuna, rice, low fat milk, beans, salad with skinny girl dressing, other vegetables, lots of water, mountain dew zero, coffee, and a steak on Friday.
I also started exercising; lifting weights, jumping rope, and walking a few miles a day.
The big key is the daily exercise combined with only eating about 1000 calories close to going to bed so I easily fall asleep with a full belly.
Ngl the first week when your stomach shrinks fucking sucks. Also cutting out alcohol made my life really boring, so I'll probably start drinking and ruin it as soon as i can see my abs again.

For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.
