Everybody in this thread is an absolute amateur at this. You want to gain weight? You have to adapt to do so, change your lifestyle, change HOW you eat.

Problem is most of the people who are skinny think they can't gain weight, when in reality they eat maybe one or two huge meals a day but it's 1500 calories total. The stomach can't handle that shit. You want to gain weight; you figure it out.

First, you figure out basal metabolic rate based on if you are a sedentary dude or fit. There are calculators all over the place, find one and let it tell you how many calories you need. This is a good range.

Next, you eat more than that. But you change how you eat all of that. Instead of two big meals, three medium sized meals and a milkshake at the end of the night, which is what all those BBW gainers love doing. If you need 2500 calories a day, you eat three 800-900 calorie meals and drink a milkshake with ice-cream, heavy cream, and milk, maybe some protein powder. That shake is at least 800 calories. Boom, 3200-3600 calories. In a week you can gain two pounds. In a month, ten pounds. And it's not strenuous or hard, you don't need to alter your fucking diet or eat stupid healthy fats or proteins, you just change how you eat.

Some basic healthy foods to bulk:

>Cheese
>Nuts
>Steel cut oats
>Whole grain anything especially pasta
>Meats, all kinds
>Plain Ice cream (no cookie dough coffee blasted cheesequake bullshit)
>Peanut butter
>Butter
>Eggs

Figure out your total daily energy expenditure and eat 500 kcal more than that.
Buy a food scale, download an app and track all your shit if you're serious.
Usually skinny people who complain about gaining weight eat one big meal worth ~1800kcal a day and feel bloated and therefore justify their claims of "eating a lot".
Most likely you'll need ~2500 kcal consistently to gain weight. Look into GOMAD as well.
