Been thawing a couple nice thick bone-in pork chops in the fridge. I’ll whip those bad boys up, heat up some bacon fat in the pan, give them a quick sniff, throw them out because I don’t know what they should smell like, and cry my self to sleep.

Just had crab legs and some free "plant-based butter" Safeway tossed me.
Surprisingly didn't taste like margarine, but didn't quite taste like butter, either. Since it costs twice as much as actual butter, we won't actually be buying it but I'm glad I tried it.
Also, green salad with homemade lemon dressing (lemon was also used with the crab), cold shredded carrot stir-fry and some pickles.

I live alone. Probably go out and get a meatball sub. Won’t eat it right away. Go home and get good and drunk. Then when I’m inebriated as shit I will eat the meatball sub. Then I’ll try and find a scary movie or some scary documentary on YouTube. Then fall asleep. Wake up the next morning knowing I’ll do it all again.

It's Monday here and I'm having a roast pork Banh Mi.
It cost $12.50 which is around $2 more than the standard Banh Mi price, however I feel the extra $2 is worth it as they bake their own rolls, which are delicious, and also spice the pork with a hint of curry. They are the best Banh Mi in Melbourne and likely all of Australia.

Smoked a big spiral ham on the charcoal smoker. I used applewood to smoke it. Covered the ham with brown sugar, a bit of salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder for about 7 hours and every 30-45 minutes I sprayed it with peach/mango juice and apple cider vinegar
