I don't think even the Guinness book of world records recognizes these competitions anymore because of how damaging they are.

I'm not 17 anymore. Can't down 7 catfish platters with puppies and fries for sides just to prove a point to my kid brother. Man I can barely finish a single plate of anything these days.

you don't need to be fat to get an autoimmune disease caused by eating extraordinary amounts of low quality food. you are the disillusion one if you think that pumping your stomach with the trash that Beard is eating will leave you unscathed. or you're just baiting me with nonsense.

The difference between a hobby and a profession is a hobby is an activity you perform out of enjoyment. A profession is a job you love hating. Sure eating professionally sounds cool the first day or two, not every day of the year for the next x amount of years. This is coming from an anon who had many hobbies that turned into professions only to realize how much I learned to hate that hobby until I found that hobby-profession that I love how much I hate it.

No, that's just you. He loves professionally eating. The only time you end up "hating" what you're doing is when you're doing something you never truly liked doing. Ask any autist if they'll give up their trains equivalent.

And you're going to die and get arthritis in your knee joints. What's the point of life if you're afraid about what will happen in your 80s?

You can't be a professional eater and a experienced MAP at the same time.
