Ok this shit gets two thumbs up. I heard the hype and decided to try it and was not disappointed by anything but the heat. Didn't have any beef so for the meats I used pork belly and chicken breast. Super delicious.

Those curry blocks are just common gravy mix packets you see in grocery stores plus turmeric or curry powder (which includes turmeric).

I'm a hafu in a family that always picked S&B but I was the weird one that secretly liked House Foods more. Both good, I still love Japanese curry to this day but S&B is super savory while House is sharper. I'm going to make myself curry this Friday, it's been a long time since

What exactly is your point in making this post repeatedly? That people on 4chan aren't allowed to like Japanese things? That people aren't allowed to like meat in gravy?

I don't. I just looked through the archive and this is apparently the first time I've ever replied to him instead of just reporting & hiding him. You're a moron.

I think adding your favorite spices when frying the meat will make it more to your liking.
Also, you can easily make it hotter with this.

Japanese are like the midwest of Asia. Not strictly an insult, but something called spicy there would just be the regular flavor in a place like Korea.

i suck at curry, it always ends up being more stew, i always do 1 potato cubed, 2 carrots, half a yellow onion, and a few thighs cut into bite sized bits. and then a car of golden curry mixed in at the end. any ideas on where im fucking up?

reddit newfags unironically think this, so making a thread about enjoying japanese things on a japanese-thing website is the easiest way to farm replies from retards
