Forgot two pounds of vacuum sealed ground beef in the fridge for about a week. Is it safe to eat or will I get botulism?

unlikely, it wasn't prepared anaerobically so there was probably enough oxygen to prevent botulism growth.

I did that to a pack of ground pork, not sure how long it was there, but when I pulled it out and unwrapped it the surface turned BLUE in just a few seconds and it smelled horrible. Threw it all out. Sad panda, total waste of like $25. Yes it was a big bulk pack.

I've dated a Chink and went to their homeland of Taiwan and could not tell my gf apart from all the others.
