kimchi is great
anything fermented is great
but eat too much of it and you're suddenly doing "too much good" and it becomes bad

so eat one garlic clove a day, that's enough

That's exactly what I did. Covid itself is fine, corona viruses have existed before covid and most likely everyone had it at some point in their lives multiple times. The only thing special about covid was its transmission/infection rate. If you had it, then you simply build natural immunity for several years

Each one either was shaped to do something specifically bad or part of the construction to expose specific proteins
Many were designed to make it attach to specific cell receptors, particularly epithelial cells

All of that--Make sure it's as clean/unprocessed as possible. Big salads with good olive oil and apple cider vinegar as the dressing. Avoid/refuse sneed oils, HFCS, and packaged/shelf stable foods.
Most importantly, get LOTS of sunlight or take a vitamin D supplement--humans need 7000-10000 IU daily--sun is best.
Zinc gluconate is also immune boosting.
Sambucol (black elderberry syrup) has been used for centuries too.
Don't forget the Vitamin C; Humans are one of the few animals who don't make their own.
Goats, for instance make 70,000 IU daily.
It sounds weird, but if you feel like you may have been around sick people--or know that you will be, a glass of water with a tsp. of baking soda(sodium bicarbonate) in it mixed well every 6 hours, will knock out any virus. It creates an alkaline environment they can't survive/replicate in.
You don't want to do this all the time, as it can be hard on your kidneys, but doctors only stopped using this about 30 years ago.
Bicarb is too cheap to make $$$ from.

While I agree that it's a stressor on your system, and prepackaged cigarettes are filled with added chemicals, when I was just starting in restaurants, the whole time I was smoking like a chimney and dish-dogging, I didn't get sick for like 4 years.
