Last time I got one of these, the grain of the meat was going the wrong direction. Couldn't bite through it. I think they knew, because instead of giving me one inedible slab of chicken, they stacked two to throw away as if that made up for it.

This was an amazing sandwich but a shit fast food item. If you got a good one it was amazing, but the fact that they were having minimum wage employees hand bread chicken everyday meant that quality would never be consistent.
