So I was making my Stouffer's Macaroni and broccoli and after nuking it for 4 minutes and removing the wrap to stir I saw this brown thing in it. I'm like 90% sure it's a mealworm, its insides were green.. was likely feeding on the broccoli. After a total of 6 minutes of cooking in the microwave surely it's fine to eat, yeah?
