Still finishing up a 14 hour work day. Have nothing at home ready and I live in the bible belt so 95% of restaurants and grocery stores are closed.

I think it's gonna have to end up being speedway chicken tenders or something. Any other ideas?

You should be better prepared. It's not like Easter snuck up unannounced. You should whip up some pancakes to eat with whatever canned food you have lying around and contemplate your errors as you consume them.

I bought a ham then i have some saved random box potatos, mac and cheese and corn. Plus an old stuffing mix from thanksgiving last year. Should be a good one.

A bit late for that. People make plans for what food to cook on key holidays instead of just hoping, and get the ingredients in ahead of time.

Do they advertise much for Easter where you are? I rarely even see decorations. Outside of getting a "free" ham when you spend x amount at the supermarket I don't even see much on the Easter front.
