I started baking, I mostly eat sandwiches now
I have soft pretzels, bagels, potato buns and cinnamon rolls frozen and I have pork bun dough and wonton wrappers frozen too, I was missing some ingredients to make wonton and pork buns which I will make on Monday
That will be ten cinnamon rolls, 8 sift pretzels, 6 bagels, 16 pork buns and 50 wontons in my freezer plus 4 potato buns and 4 burgers I had leftover from last week
I'm not sure what to bake next, I always wanted to make churros tho

I would say you added too many peas
The pea soup continues to develop after cooking. First you might get some clear-ish broth, which is nice but not the soup's final form. The soup becomes thicker over time as the peas soak and disintegrate, especially if you're defrosting it. If you add too much peas from the start, it becomes a sludge. Yours already looks very thick from the start so it's gonna be a thick pea puree.

I made this today too. I used two onions, three teaspoons of minced garlic, some rosemary and thyme, salt and pepper, chicken stock, 4 medium carrots, two potatoes, 1 and 1/2 cups of yellow split peas and a ham hock. Boiled it for an hour, took the ham hock out, blitzed the soup with an immersion blender, shredded the ham and added it back to the soup. It was good.

I think I did the "make a big pot of something and eat the same thing for 5+ days" thing once. Turns out eating the same fucking food 2-3 times a day for nearly a week makes you want to just not eat food. Yes the cost savings are there, fortunately I'm nowhere near destitute by anyone's metric (outside of dubai I guess).
