In college there was an off campus hotdog restaurant that had a big condiment bar, they had weird shit in there like capn crunch. But I'd always do onions, sauerkraut and these weird fried jalapeno flakes that I've never seen since, that was good shit.

This is unironically one of the worst things they eat. The square ("tavern") cut is already retarded, but some places actually put the toppings under the cheese, which means you're going to get a sheet of greasy cheese sliding off of your slice the moment you take a bite because it's just kind of sitting on a layer of fat. Deep dish/stuffed crust is a total tourist thing, but it's way better than their thin crust crap.
