That looks OK though except the eggs look powdered, which I ate at summer camp many years ago and they're OK.

I used to depend on institutional meals when I was semi-homeless. There was one guy on staff that actually gave a shit. That guy made all the difference, man. The problem in my experience isn't really the recipes and cooking methods or even the ingredients, it's that nothing besides pasta and stews can survive being held in a hotbox for 45-150 minutes without becoming a dry shriveled hunk of shit. The rehab hospital I used to work at would make a commercial griddle sized batch of scrambled eggs at 5:30am then hold them in the hot box for next an hour then have the dietary aides plate them and put them back into the hot box to marinate for another 30-90 minutes depending on which unit got served first. Nursing facilities use all the same sysco garbage that chains and cheap diners use but since it's not cooked to order it's a lot worse.

Actual injuries or "cool stuff" is maybe 1% of people that I see. going into healthcare today basically means working with a highly unhealthy geriatric population unless you specifically do pediatric stuff.

If it's in pill form you'll probably still get a good buzz with full strength. The worst thing that could happen is that it has lost some of it's strength but it's doubtful. It's not like Nyquil or any kind of gel capsule. Trust me I've looked it up quite a few times before taking expired pills kek.
