Help finding Indonesian egg dish (but not this pic)

Hi /ck/ I (a Dane) went to Wageningen, Netherland like a month ago for a work trip. We ate at an Indonesian restaurant and they have this really good fried egg with cucumbers tofu and soy sauce. Looks fairly simple to make, but I couldn't look up the recipe online if I don't know what it's called. I tried looking up "indonesian egg dish" but couldn't find any, there's just this sambal boiled egg all over. Any SEA food expert here know what I'm talking about?

Try adding "dan tahu" to this, OP. Tumis ketimun telur means "sauteed cucumber egg" and dan tahu means "and tofu."

Never trust the Dutch when it comes to authentic Indonesian cuisine. If the restaurant is properly Indonesian, just call and ask, they'll love to tell you. There can't be many authentic Indonesian restaurants in Wageningen.

It's true, lol. For example, >>18980786 is called 'sup 3t' or 'sup tahu, timun, telur'' IE tofu cucumber egg soup. Another is a drink, STMJ, (Susu Telur Madu Jahe IE milk egg honey ginger).
I speak Malay [badly] and live in an Indonesian neighbourhood in the US. The langs are nearly identical and we can understand each other just fine.

I'm just annoyed that instead of the simple fucking word "cumi," they're using colonial era tjoemi-tjoemi and other, similarly outdated spellings.
And those Dutch-lang descriptions are kinda off in some places. Opor ajam (ayam now, not ajam anymore) is not just chicken in coconut and calling both rica-rica (ritja ritja on the menu) and balado "peper" doesn't explain how the two are different (the ingredients for balado are fried or boiled first before blending smooth while rica-rica is ground up raw and includes more sour and citrusy notes)..

Hi OP here. I don't remember exactly what the name of the restaurant, but it was a buffet style where you can add the number of toppings, near downtown. So it's like a plate of rice with two toppings or 3, etc. So I'm 90% sure it is either Tiga Star or Radjawali.

I've made some headway though. I think rather than just "indonesian egg tofu dish" I searched "indonesian fried egg tofu dish" and found something similar here

The peanut butter makes sense I remember it being peanuty - this particular recipe didn't use cucumber but it was close enough I guess there can be many variations. In short it is just fried tofu omelette with peanuty soy sauce and some sprinkles of salad on top.

No, it's Bandung, Jakarta and Bogor. I've no dog in this fight. I just think Dutch spellings of Indonesian words are supremely stupid. I could understand transliterating into Dutch orthography if Indonesian still used native script, Arabic script or whathaveyou, but as they now use Latin script and chose their own spellings of their own words from their own language, it's rather petulant to use anything else. It's not like these are loan words into common Dutch we're talking about, either. Rica-rica is not remotely in everyday usage in BeNeLux.
