Corn:
>has little to no nutritional value outside of just filling your stomach
>can only be used for filler or refined for unhealthy corn syrup
>loved for some reason

Soy:
>complete protien, very nutritious
>can be used and refined into multiple forms from both the bean and husk
>hated for /pol/ reasons

Soy is fine and I'm tired of pretending its not. Along with meat, vegetables, grain and dairy it's a great part of any diet.

you think like a person that went to school to be a nutritionist.
therefore, you think wrong.

>> No.18926609

A lot of people say it's not good for men. A lot of people say there's nothing wrong with it.

That's reason enough for me to avoid it. It doesn't even taste good.

Eating based off of nutrition and not some weird political reasons?

Literally no connection between soy and estrogen creation has been proven. You're more likely to get man-tits from your steak and IPA

>political reasons
you're a very odd person if you think we don't eat soy for political reasons.
i don't eat soy because it's literal poison for a male human's body.
this is proven.
there is no rebuttal.
it was proven before /pol/ even existed.
you really need to learn information from the before time (before 9/11).

>Literally no connection between soy and estrogen creation has been proven
it contains estrogen and the estrogen becomes free-radicals in the male endocrine system.
this is 100% proven.

source is medical science conducted years ago when the military was figuring out cost effectiveness of airdrops to foreign nations for ptolemaic intrusions.

you really need to dig deep to find info, anon.
this world is the most unclean thing in existence.

both are pretty bad in their own ways. i mean moderate consumption of the things themselves isn't so bad. it's when your diet starts filling up with corn-based and soy-based products, when their on the ingredient label of most of the things you eat for reasons you can't even discern, that there's a real problem. truly you shouldn't be consuming large amounts of ANY grain, but these are particularly bad compared to wheat or barley or oats or what have you

>> No.18926688

Lol both sides just say "trust me bro", there's corraborating evidence for both positions... So yeah I'm just not gonna eat it, sorry.

i honestly wanted to type an educated reply at first but its just not worth it anymore. soy is probably one of the best examples of something that has been forced to keep people living and not THRIVING.

There are still a lot of studies on why soy is bad, but YOU have to go to YOUR libraries and search for them in the BOOK DATABASES. The studies dont get posted online and are actively censored. My library wouldnt let me take out any of the studies I wanted from the university of michigan, and I needed permission to even read them - they were under lock and key at the uni. they will never be digitized and they will be destroyed.
