It was a nice few years of life. I don’t regret any of it, but I really do miss being in love.
I don’t know if I have the patience, time, and effort within me to get to know another person on such a deep level. I don’t consider it an investment, though. I was/ am grateful to experience the joy that fostered in our relationship totally organically.
