I'm trying to improve my curry recipe. I make blocks outta flour, butter and S&B Golden curry powder and some cayenne for heat. When I actually make it to eat I typically use chicken breast, carrots and potato. What else can I add to get some more variety in there?

onions, celery, parsnips. I've never done leeks before but I intend to soon. does the golden curry mix do alright with pork? I normally use chicken breast but I have some pork tenderloin that I need to use up, I'm wondering whether to roast it with the veg or do it up with the curry.
