Pancake
>189g AP flour
>12g Baking powder
>2g Salt
>14g Sugar
>195g Milk (If you're out of buttermilk, 297g milk)
>115g Buttermilk
>1 egg
>40g melted butter

Just the right amount of buttermilk makes it perfect. Melt butter on top after you flip. Or, use a squeeze bottle and put the secret weapon on if you're trying to impress someone:
>toffee cream (makes ~1 pint)
>1 stick of butter
>1.5 C heavy cream
>3/4 C Brown sugar
>1/2 t salt
>brown butter in a pot, add sugar, mix, then add rest
This stuff just smells like fucking pancakes it's insane. Try it out.
