I wanna spend less but I still gotta eat cause I work a physically demanding job.

So what foods would u guys recommend on a BUDGET that I can cook that will last several days to at least 5 days in the fridge?

Rice is a given. I've got a ton of rice but what proteins should I add that won't give me gas the way beans and lentils do?

Cook meatloaf and gravy. Or roast some beef. Or make a pork shoulder pot roast. Our do a joint of gammon. Or a lamb's breast. Our skinless chicken breast or thigh in gravy or cream. That sort of shit. Basically, anything skinless that's roasted, braised or cooked in or with a sauce.

turkey meatballs in tomato sauce. the protein is cheap and the tomato's acid will keep it good for long time. also chicken and rice soup

Just fry an egg each time and add some seaweed. You can also make fried rice, or omurice.

You can make dumplings or fried foods and freeze them, then warm it up.

Make vegetable stew, lasts a few days in the fridge, freeze the rest, warm up and add in rice.

I have a beef stew in the fridge that has been in there for a month and it still tastes fresh after reheating it. Just properly salt your food and don't live in a fucking shithole and you won't have to worry about mold or anything. Might go a lil soggy but if that's a deal breaker you're ngmi anyway.
