My definition of nerd is someone who pretends that sardines are edible food that should be enjoyed by humans to come off as masculine in front of anonymous imageboard. There /ck/ goes again. Food cannot be normal, it cannot be enjoyable. It always has to be sweet bean curd drizzled with octopus sauce and served on a bed of raw fish, because everyone on this board hates food.

Besides the fact that he shills his merch in the videos and doesn't cook things that would be healthy to eat regularly I genuinely have no idea why anyone would hate him. I've tried a few of his recipes and they are quite good.
