Sure! Here's a recipe for a bowl of sloppa, in the style of Chef John from Food Wishes:

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 pound ground beef
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chilies
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the cumin, coriander, chili powder, salt, and pepper and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
Add the tomatoes, kidney beans, green chilies, beef broth, and quinoa to the saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.

In all seriousness, and since nobody nobody asked, here's my five cents: I wouldn't make any of the food at home, I mostly watch him for the history bits and gimmick foods which, again, I'd never bother making myself. His presentation is good and his research is probably as thorough as any Youtuber, and I don't actually care if they use Wikipedia or whatever. That being said, I fucking hate the following things:
