I've been here for almost a month and I have to say, this country has some really nice food.
I do admit I'm not too fond of their curry because I feel like the chili peppers overpower the rest of the flavours, but otherwise it's great all-around.

They eat chicken all the time here. Pad thai with chicken, fried rice with chicken, fried chicken with rice, boiled chicken with rice.
Beef isn't really big here though, like in most of Asia the dominant meat is pork.
