Kiwi is an alkali fruit while pineapple contains way more sugar and thus contrasts better with the salty taste of cooked pork. I'm not saying a kiwi pizza can never be pulled off, but you would need a contrasting topping, something that's the opposite of alkalinity... I'd spitball maybe green olive but it'd be a matter of trial and error to figure it out. Or it wouldn't work. It certainly wouldn't work with just kiwi like in the OP though
